Why does your participation matter?
People often ask about the best ways to get involved at RCC. You may be looking for a small group or an event to attend where you can get to know others and feel like a part of something more intentional. One of the best ways to find this connection is to serve on a ministry. We consider our ministry teams as life-giving places to grow together while helping the church (and others) thrive.
Jesus gives us many examples of serving (Mark 10:45) and serving together is the heart of biblical fellowship (1 Corinthians 12:4-11). When we serve together, we build the church into a more full picture of what God intends for it to be (Romans 12:4-8, Ephesians 4:11-14).
